Our main title plant is located in the heart of downtown Edwardsville and has been for the last thirty years. It is located directly behind the Madison County Courthouse on North Second Street. At this location, title commitments are prepared. Our construction disbursement department is also located at this office.

Collinsville

Our Collinsville office is located in the Regency Centre office complex and is less than 2 miles from I-55 by either taking the exit for SR-159 if you are heading SOUTH or the exit for SR-157 if you are heading NORTH.

If you are heading SOUTH on SR-159, you will turn RIGHT onto W Belt Line Road.
If you are heading NORTH on SR-159, you will turn LEFT onto W Belt Line Road.

After driving approximately ONE mile, you will turn RIGHT into the Regency Centre.
Abstracts & Titles, Inc. is the 3^rd and 4^th door on the right hand side.

If you are heading SOUTH on SR-157, you will turn LEFT onto Belt Line Road.
If you are heading NORTH on SR-157, you will bear RIGHT onto Belt Line Road.

After driving approximately ONE mile, you will turn LEFT into Regency Centre.

Glen Carbon

Our Glen Carbon office is located in the Ginger Creek office complex and is less than 4 miles from interstate I-270 at EXIT 9 (Collinsville/Edwardsville).

If you are heading NORTH on SR-157, you will turn right at the "Ginger Creek" sign which will be Ginger Creek Dr.

If you are heading SOUTH on SR-157, you will turn left at the "Ginger Creek" sign which will be Ginger Creek Dr.

You will then take the first available right onto Ginger Creek Village.

At the clock tower, turn left onto Ginger Creek Parkway.

Turn left at the third driveway where Abstracts & Titles, Inc. is located in the second building in Suite B on the left.
