215 ILCS 155/Sec. 26. Settlement Funds

 
If escrow is $50,000.00  or greater - funds received from any single party to the transaction are in the form of either:
  1. Wired funds [Para (2) of Act] or
  2. Check from U. S. Govt. or State of Illinois [Para (6) of Act] or
  3. Title Company (Escrow) Check [Para (7) of Act]
